Regina joined the Southland Residential Title team in July 2023. She has 20 years of banking experience. Her most recent experience is working in the title industry, primarily as a processor. Regina is excited to have this opportunity to grow as her position grows and to work with this great team each day!
Kali became a part of the Southland Residential Title team in July, 2019. She began her experience in the title industry as a Post-Closing Specialist but is now the primary processor for new construction purchase transactions. Kali excelled throughout school and is now enjoying her position here with us.
Emily joined our team in July 2021 as Front Office Coordinator. Shortly thereafter, she transitioned into new construction/resale processing. While new to the real estate industry, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. She is eager to continue learning and excited to further her career in real estate, here at Southland Residential Title!
Katlyn joined Southland Residential Title in December, 2021. She is responsible for all incoming contracts and title orders as well as managing all things front office related. She is the smiling face that greets and seats clients as they enter our office and is a great asset to our team!
Jennifer is the managing member of Southland Residential Title and has 15 years of experience in the title business. She is the primary closing agent for our office as well as the manager overseeing day-to-day operations.
