She works closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents to ensure each transaction is handled accurately and efficiently, from closing through funding, disbursement, and post-closing. Her experience and attention to detail help ensure a smooth and professional closing experience for every client.
Misty oversees front office operations and serves as a welcoming first point of contact for our clients and visitors. She coordinates new order intake, handles incoming calls and post-closing responsibilities including the submission of required funding documents and the timely distribution and shipment of invoices, payments, commission checks, and other closing-related documents to the appropriate parties.
Tammy assists with title review, title orders, document preparation, lender communication, and other title processing responsibilities. She monitors files to help ensure deadlines and closing requirements are met while providing ongoing support throughout the transaction to keep files organized and moving efficiently.
Regina brings over 20 years of banking experience to Southland Residential Title. She specializes in preparing title commitments and policies, reviewing completed files, submitting documents for recording, and preparing final title policies, while also expanding her expertise in residential closings.
